Biodegradable plastics are defined as those that, under natural conditions such as soil and/or sandy soil, and/or specific conditions such as composting or anaerobic digestion conditions, or in aqueous culture solutions, are degraded by natural microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, and algae, and ultimately completely degrade into carbon dioxide (CO2) or/and methane (CH4) Water (H2O) and mineralized inorganic salts of the elements it contains, as well as new biomass plastics.
Biodegradable film blowing and printing integrated machine is specially used for film blowing and printing of modified degradable materials such as PLA PBAT.
The unit uses a dedicated screw and die for degradable materials. High speed and energy saving, with a maximum speed of 120 kilograms per hour.
Typically used in the production of vest bags, flat bags, supermarket shopping rolls, and garbage bags, the film width range is about 300 to 1200 millimeters. The specially designed blow film extruder has excellent feed melting and color masterbatch/additive mixing capabilities. High precision die heads and cooling air rings provide good film thickness control and resistance.
Biodegradable blow film printing integrated machine is a very simple and flexibly designed production line that can easily replace mold heads and wind ring equipment to produce HDPE or LDPE, achieving the function of one machine for three purposes, meeting customer needs and reducing the cost of purchasing machines.
